Cancellation and Refund Policy
Appointment Cancellation:
- Time Frame for Cancellation: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- Refund on Cancellation: If an appointment is canceled within the stipulated time frame (at least 24 hours prior), the consultation fee will be fully refunded.
- Late Cancellation: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
No Refund for No-Shows:
- In cases where clients fail to attend the scheduled appointment without any prior cancellation notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
Return Policy
Non-Applicability of Return Policy:
- Given the nature of our services at Bhavikk Sangghvi Consultancy, which include astrological readings, numerology consultations, and related guidance, we do not offer any physical products. Therefore, a return policy is not applicable to our services.
